Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural and interior design concepts and presentations.
• Support in developing project drawings, layouts, and design documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Participate in material selection, research, and sourcing for design projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants throughout various project phases.
• Contribute to design review meetings and site visits for design quality control.
• Assist in ensuring design compliance with local codes, regulations, and Redcon’s sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of sustainable design principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
