Redcon Properties, a sub entity of Redcon construction, was established in 2019 with the purpose of introducing sustainability focused Real estate to the market. Building forward thinking and progressive communities is our main goal, with an emphasis on environmentally responsible practices that last for decades to come. Our top focus lies in offering enriching experiences tailored to our diverse communities. We specialize in crafting experiences for clients in pursuit of mixed use destinations to refine their work-life balance, or those seeking avenues to expand and enhance their real estate holdings. Mr. Mohamed El Shenawy
Chief Financial and Investment Officer

Mr. El Shenawy earned a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Helwan University in 1995. Mr. El Shenawy has more than 27 years of experience in Finance & Investment. Mr. El Shenawy is a certified Chartered Accountant and registered in the Accountability State Authority since 1999, fellow of Egyptian Society of Accountants,  Auditors (ESAA) and fellow of the Egyptian Society of Taxation (EST) since 2002. IFRS and EAS trainer and internal audit consultant. Participated in writing, translating and revising the new Egyptian Accounting Standards in 2015. Also had professional experiences at leading companies such as Marakez, Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, Faisal Holding Qatar and The Waterway Developments.

Eng. Mahmoud Khalil is the Chief Technical Officer at Redcon Properties. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, majoring in Civil Engineering, at Cairo University in 2000. Mahmoud holds an MBA from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, obtained in March 2005, and a Financial Modeling & Business Evaluation certificate from the American University in Cairo, earned in 2017. With a distinguished career for over 23 years of spanning numerous prominent organizations such as GV Developments, Palm Hills Developments, New Giza, Hill International, Dar Al-Handasah, Depa United Group, Turkish International Construction Company, Petrotrade, and Arab Contractors, Mahmoud brings extensive technical and managerial expertise to Redcon Properties. His comprehensive background ensures the successful execution of complex engineering projects and drives innovation within the company.
