Construction Manager
Narrative Description
Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of high-profile construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that architectural designs are implemented to the highest standards while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality controls. This role requires a leader with a strong problem-solving ability, and the capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional real estate developments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to architectural designs, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee both the design and construction phases, ensuring seamless integration between architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
- Provide architectural expertise throughout the construction process, ensuring that the execution aligns with approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets, ensuring cost control and tracking of all construction-related expenses.
- Monitor and control resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within financial parameters.
- Maintain strict quality control over all construction processes, ensuring that both the architectural and structural components meet the highest standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction workers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.
- Provide regular progress updates, reporting on key milestones, timelines, and potential risks.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.

Job Specifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in construction management with a strong architectural background.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects in the real estate and construction sectors in Egypt.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Must be self-motivated and a great team worker.
- Overseeing the installation of electrical systems.
Skills:
- Ability to research, compile, and interpret data in a logical format.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to successfully perform in-depth analyses.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Good in spoken and written English.
