Redcon Properties, a sub entity of Redcon construction, was established in 2019 with the purpose of introducing sustainability focused Real estate to the market. Building forward thinking and progressive communities is our main goal, with an emphasis on environmentally responsible practices that last for decades to come. Our top focus lies in offering enriching experiences tailored to our diverse communities. We specialize in crafting experiences for clients in pursuit of mixed use destinations to refine their work-life balance, or those seeking avenues to expand and enhance their real estate holdings. Mr. Mohamed El Shenawy
Chief Financial and Investment Officer

Mr. El Shenawy earned a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Helwan University in 1995. Mr. El Shenawy has more than 27 years of experience in Finance & Investment. Mr. El Shenawy is a certified Chartered Accountant and registered in the Accountability State Authority since 1999, fellow of Egyptian Society of Accountants,  Auditors (ESAA) and fellow of the Egyptian Society of Taxation (EST) since 2002. IFRS and EAS trainer and internal audit consultant. Participated in writing, translating and revising the new Egyptian Accounting Standards in 2015. Also had professional experiences at leading companies such as Marakez, Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, Faisal Holding Qatar and The Waterway Developments.

Mr. Sharaby earned a bachelor’s degree of science majored in Construction Engineering, also holds a master’s degree in Electronic Commerce from Middlesex University. Mr. Sharaby has over 23 years of experience as an IT expert in the sales, presales, and implementation of enterprise business applications for multi-million-dollar projects in the Middle East and Africa region, particularly in the banking and financial services sector, oil and gas, telecommunications, public sector, education, and healthcare. Worked for many prominent companies that includes IBM, Microsoft, Oracle & VeriPark.

Mr. El Khateb Hasan is the Chief Legal, Administration, and Governmental Affairs Officer at Redcon Properties. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 2008. With 16 years of experience, Mr. Hasan has a proven track record in legal and administrative roles, including a notable tenure at Redcon Construction. His expertise in legal affairs, administration, and government relations is instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic governance at Redcon Properties.
